How long does delivery take?
Shipping takes 1-3 working days after receipt of payment and is carried out by DHL.
How much are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. We deliver free shipping for orders over €80.
Which countries do we ship to?
We only deliver quickly and safely within Germany with our shipping partner DHL
AN ORDER
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation after your order is generally possible if we are not yet processing your order in logistics. Given the volume of orders we process daily, cancellation is no longer possible once they have been delivered to the warehouse. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove an individual package from the process.
- If a cancellation is possible, you will immediately receive your money back from us using the payment method you selected.
a) The easiest option is to stop the parcel or refuse to accept it digitally during the process or when the parcel courier is with you.
b) As soon as the package is back to us, you will immediately receive your credit and therefore your money back!
Can I change anything about my order later?
As long as the order has not yet been handed over to DHL, a change/editing is still possible as long as there are no additional costs.
Can I change my address after placing my order?
If you entered an incorrect address when ordering, please contact us immediately by email and let us know the correct delivery address
